Elevator Pitch, the Finale

1) The pitch

2) Reflection

I only received one bit of feedback from my peers on the last pitch, and it was all positive. I asked around for any critiques and the main thing I was told was to speak a little slower and to use more meaningful hand gestures.

3) Changes

Although I wanted to have this pitch basically memorized, it was difficult because my last pitch was completely different from the first one. This one has some minor changes but still has the exact same information. I slowed down my speech and tried to only use my hands when absolutely necessary.

  1. Hi Jessica,

I really enjoyed watching your pitch! Your pitch provided all the necessary information for the audience to be informed about your opportunity. You were looking straight at your camera too and using hand motions to keep the audience engaged. You had an upbeat attitude too which is good because you don't want your audience to be bored. Keep up the good work!

  2. Jessica,
I definitely noticed that you only used your hands when necessary, and that you slowed your speaking down a little. I enjoyed the way you spoke (you sound and look very professional), but I especially enjoyed the context of your elevator pitch. You were very well spoken, you made it interesting and you seemed confident. I’ve said it before, but I think its an incredible idea that has great potential!
